From the previous company remains the brand. In fact, the production cycle and the experience in leather working have unchanged.
At the end of 80s and the beginning of 90s, the vision became global. The first contacts with U.S. and the Oriental market began, starting from Japan, then India and finally China and Korea.

Today, after more than 50 years, the same root get ahead a high quality production, that pays attention to the needs of the market, the environment and the health of all the people who realize our leathers, so current but linked to our history and experience.
This association lasts 20 years and, in 1982, Mario took over the whole company, establishing the Mario Stefanelli & Figli Srl.
From now, in addition to the national market, the tannery starts to appear on the European market. France, Spain, Portugal, Germany and United Kingdom are the first markets. Belgium, Switzerland, Austria, Greece, Poland and Czech Republic will follow them.
In the midst of development on the markets across the border, Mario leaves the management of the firm to his two sons Mauro and Roberto, to devote himself to other family activities, but always present as a leader and advisor if necessary. He died suddenly at the beginning of the new millennium, leaving them capable of walking alone.
